YOUR MISSION
In our Technical Customer Support department, you will be responsible for clarifying technical orders in dialog with our customers and for the graphic processing and work preparation of production orders:
- You are the contact person for our customers on the individual production of precision tools for technical printing
- After order entry, you prepare technical drawing for the production process
- Together with your team, you will work closely with associated departments such as production and sales
- Together we ensure maximum customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
- You are enthusiastic about the combination of technical design and customer contact
- You enjoy working independently, conscientiously and purposefully
- You have experience with CAD software
- You enjoy interacting with customers – a sales-oriented approach is not a necessary requirement
- You are characterized by team spirit, initiative and a strong customer focus and service mentality
