DEINE AUFGABEN

Durchführung von Elektropolierprozessen an Metallteilen gemäß den Qualitätsstandards und technischen Vorgaben
Vorbereitung und Reinigung der Werkstücke vor dem Polierprozess
Bedienung und Überwachung der Elektropolieranlagen sowie der zugehörigen Geräte und Instrumente
Überprüfung der bearbeiteten Werkstücke auf Qualität
Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse und Ergebnisse

DEIN PROFIL

Erfahrung in der technischen Produktion
Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen zu lesen und umzusetzen
Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

YOUR MISSION

Carrying out electropolishing processes on metal parts in accordance with quality standards and technical specifications
Preparing and cleaning workpieces before the polishing process
Operating and monitoring the electropolishing systems and the associated equipment and instruments
Checking the processed workpieces for quality
Documenting the work processes and results

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in technical production
Manual skills and technical understanding
Ability to read and implement technical drawings and work instructions
Reliability and accuracy
Team-oriented way of working and good communication skills
